These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
1. Our Flowers
Moneygorm Farm designs exclusively with flowers and foliage grown on our own farm in West Waterford, Ireland. Our farm is nestled in the Knockmealdown Mountains between Lismore and Dungarvan. We work with the seasons, using the finest stems available at the time of your wedding.
Exact varieties and colours may vary from inspiration images due to weather, growing conditions and natural availability. We do not import flowers and cannot guarantee specific varieties outside their natural season.
2. Design Vision
Your designs will reflect the agreed aesthetic, colour palette, and mood outlined in your proposal.
We retain full creative direction to substitute blooms as needed while maintaining the agreed style and quality.
3. Minimum Investment
Full-service weddings at Moneygorm Farm require a minimum floral investment of €2,800.
4. Booking & Payment
Deposit: A non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the total quote is required to secure your date.
Balance: The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your wedding date.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer to the details provided on your invoice.
Moneygorm Farm reserves the right to suspend or cancel services if payment is not received by the due date.
5. Cancellations & Changes
The booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellations more than 6 months before the wedding will incur the loss of the booking fee only.
Cancellations within 6 months of the wedding will be charged at 50% of the total agreed amount.
Cancellations within 8 weeks of the wedding will be charged in full.
Changes to designs, quantities, or logistics must be confirmed no later than 8 weeks before the wedding. Late changes may incur additional fees or be declined due to seasonal availability.
6. Hire Items
Moneygorm Farm may provide vases, vessels, compotes, bowls, urns, plinths, arches, moongates, stands, candle holders, lanterns, mechanics, display structures, and other styling items on a hire basis. Unless specifically stated otherwise in your proposal, all such items remain the property of Moneygorm Farm.
Only personal flowers (including bouquets, buttonholes, corsages and hair flowers) are purchased by the client. All flowers and foliage arranged in hired vessels, arches or other hired structures remain the property of Moneygorm Farm until collected, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client is responsible for all hired items from the time of delivery until collection. Loss, theft or damage will be charged at the full replacement cost.
If venue staff or third parties move tables, décor or floral arrangements after our team has left, Moneygorm Farm accepts no responsibility for any resulting loss or damage. Replacement costs remain the responsibility of the client.
7. Delivery & Collection
Moneygorm Farm will deliver and install your flowers at the agreed time and location.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, hired items are normally collected on the morning following your wedding.
Collection includes all hired items, including but not limited to vases, vessels, compotes, urns, stands, plinths, arches, moongates, candle holders, lanterns, mechanics and other hired styling items, together with any flowers and foliage remaining in them.
If you would like to keep some or all of the flowers after your wedding, please let us know before the wedding day. Where possible, we are happy to agree an alternative arrangement, such as transferring flowers into containers provided by you or leaving flowers with you after our hired items have been collected. As this is not always possible due to venue logistics, timing or staffing, any alternative arrangement must be agreed in advance and may incur an additional charge.
If your venue requires all hired items to be removed on the evening of your wedding, this must be communicated before your final balance is paid. Where same-day collection is required, an additional collection fee may apply depending on the venue location, collection time and staffing requirements.
All hired items must be left together in an accessible location agreed with the venue. If our team is unable to collect hired items because they are unavailable, inaccessible or have been removed from the agreed location, additional collection charges may apply.
Any hired items not returned within 14 days of the wedding will be deemed lost and invoiced to the client at their full replacement value.
8. Table & Room Changes
If the venue needs to move tables or reconfigure the room after our team departs, the client is responsible for ensuring flowers, vases, and candles are moved carefully.
Moneygorm Farm is not liable for damage or loss caused by venue staff or guests during these moves.
8A – Acceptance of Work
The client, or a representative acting on the client's behalf (including the venue or wedding planner), is responsible for inspecting the floral designs at the time of delivery or installation where reasonably possible. Any concerns must be raised immediately so that we have the opportunity to resolve them. Once installation has been completed and accepted, Moneygorm Farm cannot accept responsibility for issues arising thereafter due to venue conditions, weather, handling or interference by third parties
9. Photography & Promotion
We reserve the right to photograph all designs on the wedding day and use the images for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes.
We may also share professional images from your photographer, with credit given
10. Outdoor Installations
Outdoor floral installations are subject to weather conditions.
If wind, rain, or extreme temperatures make an outdoor installation unsafe, we reserve the right to adjust or relocate designs for safety and flower longevity.
10A. Flower Care & Longevity
Flowers are a natural product and their appearance will change over time. Once delivery and installation have been completed, Moneygorm Farm cannot be responsible for deterioration caused by heat, direct sunlight, adverse weather, venue conditions, lack of water, or handling by guests, venue staff or other third parties.
11. Allergies & Safety
Our flowers are grown without harmful chemicals. However, some blooms may cause allergic reactions or skin irritation. It is the client’s responsibility to notify guests and bridal party members and inform Moneygorm Farm of any plant allergies.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to deliver due to events beyond our control, including extreme weather, pandemic restrictions, fire, flood, theft, illness, or transportation failure. In such cases, we will work with you to provide an alternative or partial refund where possible.
Where a full service cannot reasonably be provided due to circumstances beyond our control, our liability will be limited to the value of any goods or services not supplied.
13. Agreement by Payment
These Terms & Conditions form the basis of your agreement with Moneygorm Farm.
By paying the booking fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
14. Photo Credit & Third-Party Media
All images of our floral designs, whether taken by Moneygorm Farm or professional photographers, may be used in our portfolio, social media, and marketing. Clients are requested to credit Moneygorm Farm when sharing images publicly. Commercial use or sale of images featuring our designs requires prior written consent.
15. Subcontracting & Staff
Moneygorm Farm may engage trained temporary or subcontracted staff to assist with delivery, setup, or installation. All work remains under the supervision of our team, and we remain fully responsible for the quality and integrity of your floral designs.
16. Travel & Accommodation (for Weddings Outside Waterford)
Additional travel or accommodation costs for weddings outside Co. Waterford may be charged and will be outlined in your proposal. These costs must be paid before the wedding date.
17. Late Venue Access
If the venue is not accessible at the agreed installation time, we will adjust the schedule where possible. Additional labour fees may apply if delays exceed 30 minutes.
17A. Venue Responsibility
Moneygorm Farm is not responsible for the actions, omissions or decisions of venue staff, wedding planners, stylists or other suppliers, including the movement, storage or disposal of floral designs or hire items.
18. Extended Hours / Overtime
Any required work beyond the agreed installation window, including setup or breakdown, may incur additional charges, which will be invoiced separately
19. Floral Substitutions & Seasonal Limitations
Moneygorm Farm works exclusively with seasonal, Irish-grown flowers from our own farm. As a working flower farm, our crops are subject to weather, pests, disease and other natural events beyond our control. Where necessary, we reserve the right to substitute flowers with other varieties grown by Moneygorm Farm of equal or greater value while maintaining the agreed style, colour palette and overall design aesthetic.
20. Liability Limitations
Moneygorm Farm is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental costs arising from flower delivery, installation or event changes, including but not limited to venue staff errors, guest actions or weather damage. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the affected floral services.
21. Payment Terms for Additional Services
Any additional items requested after confirmation, including extra bouquets, hair combs, or last-minute changes, will incur separate charges. Payment for these items is required in full before delivery or installation.
22. GDPR & Data Protection
All personal information collected during the enquiry and booking process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use client data only for wedding planning and business communication and do not share it with third parties without consent.
