We’re Sarah and Rory: a husband-and-wife team growing seasonal blooms and designing wild, nature-led florals from our flower farm located between Dungarvan and Lismore in Co. Waterford, Ireland.
Rooted in the rhythm of the land, our work is guided by the seasons and shaped by creativity. Every stem is grown and gathered with care, then crafted into floral stories for couples who love beauty that feels real, grounded, and deeply romantic.

Bespoke Design: Every wedding is unique. We collaborate closely to curate your floral palette, textures, and arrangements.
Seasonal & Sustainable: All flowers are grown on our Waterford farm, avoiding imported blooms and floral foam.
Wild Luxury & Joyful Colour: Our signature style blends romantic, flowing arrangements with a vibrant yet sophisticated palette, including soft pastels and playful tutti-frutti tones.
Meet the Team

Sarah Dillon
Sarah is the creative soul of the farm: entirely self-taught, with an instinctive eye for colour, texture, and storytelling through flowers. She’s the one sketching ideas on scraps of paper, wandering the meadow with a snip in hand, and dreaming up installations that feel both artful and effortless.
Her designs begin in the field, choosing stems for their movement, softness, and sense of story. She brings an intuitive, natural style to every bouquet, never quite the same twice, and always true to the season.

Rory Dillon
Rory is the builder of dreams (literally!). From handcrafting arbours and backdrops to fixing irrigation systems and ferrying buckets of blooms across muddy fields, he’s the calm, capable brain behind every logistical challenge.
He makes sure what Sarah dreams up is actually possible, and sturdy enough to survive an Irish breeze! If it needs building, lifting, delivering or planning, he’s already thought of it.
